Our Process


1. Place your Order.

Simply place your order and send your existing resume to start the process. You will have the opportunity to email, fax, upload, or paste your existing resume. If you do not have an existing resume and need to start from scratch, you will have the opportunity to simply describe your duties and accomplishments via a phone meeting (optional) and/or a questionnaire. If you prefer to provide your information via telephone, please choose the option with phone support when placing your order.

2. Speak with Amy.

If you choose ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT to schedule a phone meeting, Amy will contact you within your specified availability to discuss your resume. At this time, she will learn more about you, your experience, your qualifications, and any additional information she will need to craft your professionally written resume.

3. Receive your Resume in 5 business days.

Within 5 business days, you will receive your handcrafted professional resume via email for your review unless you choose the rush option.

4. Revision Period.

Upon reviewing your new resume, you may find elements in need of revision. Amy will work with you over the next 7 business days to ensure that your new professional resume meets your satisfaction. This service is included in all packages at no extra cost.
