1. What are your credentials?
Amy is a former business professional where she spent 7 years recruiting, screening resumes, and hiring qualified candidates. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing. She spent several years honing her writing skills as a staff writer for several art  and music magazines.

Amy has written, revised, and edited more than 3,000 resumes during her career. After realizing over the years that many people needed professional resume advice and services, she founded Resume Results to address the need for resume writing from an inside point of view.

2. Where are you located?
Resume Results is an online resume service. The majority of resume writing services work via phone and email. Since Amy will have a copy of your resume and other documents and will be working with you extensively either via email and/or phone, it is not necessary to meet with you in person. 

3. What is your turnaround time?
The turnaround time is typically 5 business days unless you choose the rush option. However, if Amy receives the completed questionnaire after 1 or more weeks have passed, it might take longer to complete your project.

4. How are you different from other resume writers?
Amy produces resumes that get results! She will tailor your resume specifically to the job descriptions to which you are planning to apply, using her expert knowledge of the hiring industry and writing experience to ensure you are conveyed as a top candidate. She handcrafts each resume and does not use templates or factory made resumes. Amy also focuses heavily on drawing out your notable accomplishments.

In addition, you will not be handed off to another person. Amy performs all of the work herself.

5. Do you offer revisions or refunds?
Amy is unable to offer refunds because of the nature of her services, but she will work with you on your resume until you are completely satisfied. Customer satisfaction is Amy's #1 priority.

6. How do you deliver the resume?
The resume will be delivered to you as a Microsoft Word document, PDF file, and ASCII/plain text format via email.

7. What if I do not have an existing resume to send?
If you do not have an existing resume and need to start from scratch, Amy will send you via email a questionnaire that she will ask you to fill in. If you prefer to provide your information via telephone, please choose the option with phone meeting time when placing your order.
